5K101 Couch to 5K Week 8 Day 1

I DID IT! I DID IT!
Just finished my first day of week 8 and I did RUN for 30 minutes without walking and I did it outside. Ran for 5.23km.
I’m really surprised of myself and I wasn’t sure if I could do this, but I DID!
I can now call myself a runner! The uphills are still very touch for me, so I need to find some other route to run these 30 minutes run for a while, so I can get in better shape.
You must remember that I have never run before, so my first runs came after I started this training program in May 28, 2012.
